Knife shouldn't lose charges if it misses

It would be nice if knife wouldn't lose a charge if it didn't hit an enemy, for example so you could swing if you were worried a cocoon would pop soon.

That was indeed quite unrealistic and a big downside of Knife. It wasn't intended either.
I fixed this in recent updates.
